fee which will be computed from the date of our actual receipt of
your cancellation notice:

is not included, nor are tips, snacks, souveniers, and airport
taxes.
The
other aspects of your trip that are included in the land cost are:

plane, bus or jeep, sightseeing and entrance fees, guides, cooks,

The

There are no additional charges for groups of two or
larger.

trip must be extended due to weather, lack of transportation,
political disputes, medical emergency or any other cause beyond our
reasonable control, the associated additional costs are not included
in the published price. Concordia Expeditions published trek/tour

What are the medical considerations? Some of our
expeditions, treks and tours are physically and mentally demanding,
and medical facilities are primitive or nonexistent in many areas.
For this reason, good physical condition along with a positive
attitude is necessary for one's well-being and enjoyment of the
trip.
You
must present a medical certificate or a letter from your physician
stating your physical and mental ability to undertake such a
journey. We accept no responsibility for medical treatment. We will
inform you regarding recommended immunizations, medications and
other trip health considerations.
It is
your responsibility to medically educate and equip yourself
including, but not limited to, a first aid kit. We will offer trip
cost discounts to a qualified physician who joins a group of two or
more and acts as trip doctor.
The
guide has the right to separate any member from the group at any
time if considered necessary for the safety of the individual or the
group. The guide also has the right to change any group trip
itinerary to keep the safety of the group paramount. We will not
give refunds under such circumstances.
6.
What type of insurance should I get? We encourage
you to obtain a traveler's insurance policy which will cover you and
your property and also provide coverage for trip cancellation
